Battery Maintenance Beast
The Beast batteries are made using hybrid technology, which means they are prone to boiling. In order to make it easier for the car owner to monitor the electrolyte level, the battery cover was equipped with a charge indicator.
It is painted in one of three colors:
- Green. The battery is charged.
- White. The electrolyte has a low density, it must be put on charge.
- Red. Low electrolyte, add distilled water.
Access to the tanks is hidden behind the sticker, first you need to tear it off. Next, with a knife, it will be necessary to remove the covers from the plugs, after which they can be unscrewed with a wide screwdriver or coin. Add water until the indicator changes color to green or white.
This ends the service as such. It remains only from time to time to wipe it from moisture and dirt. Clean the terminals from corrosion and in case of expected long downtime disconnect the battery from the circuit.
How to charge batteries Beast
Charge the battery The beast should be if the indicator turns white. It must be allowed to warm naturally to room temperature, and then wipe it from moisture, dirt or condensation.
