2. Production of lead powder is an environmentally friendly method. Lead, which has a cylindrical shape, is oxidized and ground into powder in special mills: through the loading tray, lead enters from the drive into the mill drum, after which the air flow and elevators transfer it to the finished product drives.
3. The manufacture of electrode plates is the application of lead pastes on gratings. The paste is prepared in industrial mixers and applied to the grills on a conveyor line, consisting of six devices, such as a tape unwinder, a separation machine, a vacuum stacker and others.
4. Ripening and drying of the plates occurs in the ripening chambers at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius and 90% humidity.
5. Battery assembly takes place almost without the participation of workers, they perform a controlling function and supply components. The assembly line produces six batteries per minute.
6. The charge is formed using pulsed and reversed currents passed through a current transducer. This stage of production takes 12 hours or 8 hours with a forced formation used for heavy battery. Formation cycle ends with electrolyte replacement.
7. Finishing consists of washing, labeling, performance testing and quality control.Then the batteries are packaged and delivered to the warehouse.
8. Batteries run by calcium technology, which makes them maintenance-free and low-maintenance.
